Quick and easy pepperoni pizza snacks made with puff pastry, perfect for dipping.

Lay down one sheet of puff pastry. Cover it with a thin layer of your favorite marinara sauce. On top of the sauce, place sliced mozzarella cheese, making sure not to overlap. Add sliced pepperoni on top of the mozzarella. Place the second sheet of puff pastry on top and press it down to secure the two sheets. Cut a 1-inch thick piece the width of the sheet and fold it up. Fit the rolled puff pastry onto a wooden skewer and place it on a parchment paper-lined baking tray. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter with minced garlic and dried oregano, then brush this mixture over each piece of puff pastry. Bake at 425 degrees F (218 degrees C) for roughly 15 minutes.
