Fun and spooky breakfast pockets made with biscuit dough, cheese, sausage, and eggs, served with a hot honey butter sauce.

Flatten out one of the biscuits and place it in a skull baking mold. Add some of the grated cheese. Place 1/4 cup of the eggs at the top where the brains would go. Place 1/4 cup of the sausage at the bottom. Flatten out another biscuit, and place it on top. Pinch the edges close and bake in the oven according to the instructions on the biscuit package. While baking, melt the butter and combine with the hot honey, and chopped chives to create a sauce. Serve the 'brains' warm with the honey butter sauce.
