LA Street Hot Dogs

Wrap a bacon strip around a hot dog and place it on a baking tray. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 375 degrees F. Fry the bacon wrapped dogs on a medium high frying pan until crispy on all sides. Sauté the sliced peppers and onions for 5-7 minutes or until softened. Season with salt and pepper. For the garlic mayo, combine all the ingredients above until a sauce forms. Set aside. Toast the buns until golden brown, then add the hot dogs, followed by the condiments, and the peppers and onions on top!
