French Onion Soup Rings. These are low carb and keto friendly-ish!

Step 1: Melt the butter in a saucepan or pot and add the onions and sauté them for a few minutes. Step 2: Add the garlic, thyme and season with salt and pepper. Continue to cook for about 20 minutes. Step 3: Add the bouillon and mix well, then mix in the white wine. Continue to cook until the white cooks off and the onions are no longer wet. Set aside. Step 4: Mix together the cheese and add about 1/4 to the base of a baking donut tray (easily found on Amazon). Step 5: Add some of the onion mixture on top and then some more cheese. Bake at 400 degrees F for about 20-25 minutes. Step 6: For the dipping sauce, combine all ingredients in a bowl.
