An AMAZING Mac n Cheese recipe for Halloween season aka “Jac n Cheese o Lantern”. This festive mac and cheese is served in hollowed-out orange peppers carved to look like Jack O' Lanterns.

Step 1: Slice the tops off the peppers, and scoop out the inside. Carefully cut eyes and mouth resembling a Jack O Lantern for Halloween. Set it aside.

Step 2: Melt the butter in a saucepan or pot and add the flour. Mix it together for about 3 minutes or until the flour has a nutty smell to it.

Step 3: Carefully add the milk while stirring and when it thickens, take it off the heat and slowly mix in the cheese.

Step 4: Season with nutmeg, thyme and jalapeno salt.

Step 5: Cook the noodles according to the package, and when they are cooked and drained add them to the cheese sauce.

Step 6: Then add the macaroni to the hollowed out peppers and enjoy.
