Step 1: Crush the Frito Honey BBQ Twists as finely as possible. In one bowl, combine the eggs with half the seasoning. In another bowl, combine the remaining seasoning with the flour. Step 2: Identify the tendon on each chicken tender. Place it between the teeth of a fork, then grab it using a paper towel. Pull the fork while holding the tendon to remove it. Step 3: Coat each chicken tender thoroughly in the flour mixture. Then submerge it in the egg mixture, allowing excess egg wash to drip off before placing it in a bag with the crushed chips and shaking it up to ensure it's fully coated. Step 4: Place the coated chicken tenders in an air fryer basket and lightly spray with cooking oil. Air fry at 400 degrees F for 12 minutes, flipping halfway through. For the dipping sauce: Step 5: Combine 1 cup ketchup, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar, 2 tablespoons honey, and 1 teaspoon each of smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and smoked salt in a saucepan. Simmer on low for about 10 minutes.
