Italian Style Nachos

Recipe and ingredients below👇🏻 INGREDIENTS 4 cups of corn tortillas 1 cup ground parmesan 1 tbsp garlic powder 1 tbsp chopped parsley 1 cup grated mozzarella 1 cup grated provolone 1 cup milk 1 tbsp flour 1 tbsp salted butter 1 cup marinara sauce 1/4 cup calabrian chili paste 1/2 pound ground hot Italian sausage 1/2 cup chopped pepperoncini peppers Slice the corn tortillas into smaller wedges. Fry at 350 degrees F for about 3 minutes. Toss the chips with the ground parmesan cheese, garlic powder and parsley. Season with salt. Set aside on a tray. For the spicy marinara, combine the marinara sauce with the chili paste and set aside. Cook the sausage for 5-8 minutes just until the sausage is brown and crispy. For the cheese sauce, melt the butter in a medium pan., Add the flour and cook until the flour and butter are bubbling and no more flour is showing. Slowly whisk in the milk and continue to cook until the milk starts to thicken. Mix in the provolone cheese until melted. Season with salt and pepper and transfer to a squeeze bottle for convenience. Layer the nachos by adding the chips to a tray followed by some of the grated mozzarella cheese, ground meat, spicy marinara sauce and cheese sauce. Repeat the layer and garnish with hot peppers and chopped parsley.
