Crush an entire can of Pizza Pringles. Slice the string cheese in half and wrap a slice of pepperoni around each one. In one bowl combine the flour and seasoning (1 tbsp oregano, 1 tbsp garlic powder, 1 tbsp onion powder). In another bowl combine the beaten eggs and seasoning (1 tbsp oregano, 1 tbsp garlic powder, 1 tbsp onion powder). Coat the wrapped cheese in the flour mixture, then in the egg wash, then into the crushed chips. For Air Frying: Add the coated cheese to an air fryer basket, spray with cooking oil and cook for 8 minutes at 400 degrees F, flipping halfway. For Frying: Fry the coated cheese in 350 degree F oil for 3 minutes. For the Sauce: Add 1 cup of tomato sauce, 1/4 cup tomato paste, 1 tsp calabrian chili paste, 1 tsp oregano, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp sugar, and season with salt and pepper to a frying pan. Bring to a simmer and then turn off the heat.
