Step 1: To make the tacos, melt the butter in a large saucepan or pot. Once melted, add the marshmallows and stir on low key until they’re fully melted. Add the box of Fruity Pebbles, saving about 1 cup for garnish and adding to the cake later. Step 2: When it’s all combined, place it on a piece of parchment paper with a ring mold to shape the tortilla. Place it in the fridge to set. FOR THE NO BAKE CHEESECAKE Step 3: Add the room temperature cream cheese to a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment. Mix on low speed and slowly add the sweetened condensed milk. When it’s all combined, add the broken up angel food cake and half the reserved fruity pebbles. Step 4: Once the Fruity Pebble tortillas are set, place them in a taco holder, to shape them. Then add the cheesecake mixture inside, and garnish with the additional fruity pebbles. Place back in the fridge for 10 minutes to set.
