Step 1: Crush the Oreos in a food processor and combine them with the milk. Add the mixture to a microwave-safe cake pan and microwave on high for 5 minutes. 

Step 2: In the meantime, combine all the other ingredients (powdered sugar, butter, cream cheese, pumpkin spice, vanilla) in a food processor until smooth to create the frosting.
