Instructions
Step 1 Cook the fries in the air fryer according to the package, season with salt and set them aside. Step 2 Add 1/4 of the cheese to a waffle maker and half the cooked fries on top. Add another 1/4 cup of the cheese and cook the waffles for about 3 minutes or until the cheese is crispy. Repeat for the second “bun” SAUCE Step 3 For the sauce, combine all the ingredients together, and transfer to a squeeze bottle for easy application Step 4 Melted the butter in a medium frying pan, add the onions. Cook for a few minutes just until they begin to soften. Add the sugar, and continue to cook until the onions reach a caramelized color Step 5 Flatten out the ground beef slightly larger than the waffles, and cook for a few minutes on one side. Flip, add the cheese, and some water, cover the pan and cook for another few minutes just until the cheese has melted. Repeat this for the second burger.
