What you need
tsp dried oregano

flour tortilla

slice mozzarella cheese

slice pepperoni

egg
Instructions
Step 1: In a bowl combine 3 eggs with 1 tablespoon of dried oregano. Step 2: Melt some butter on a medium frying pan and add the eggs, press in the sides and spread the egg mixture to cook it all the way through. Step 3: Add a flour tortilla on top and cook for another minute, then flip the egg and tortilla. Step 4: Place some mozzarella slices on top followed by some sliced pepperoni, sprinkle on some more dried oregano, cover the pan and cook for an additional minute.
