What you need

tbsp sugar

cup milk
Instructions
Combine 2 packs of instant vanilla pudding with 3 cups of cold milk. Transfer it to some 1 cup ramekins and place in the fridge for 1 minute. When they come out, add 1/2 tbsp of sugar to the top of each one. Hit the sides a few times to spread it out, then using a torch, cook the tops to harden the sugar.
