What you need

pinch pepper

tsp malt vinegar

cup salted butter

pinch salt

cup greek yogurt
tbsp dried onion flakes

cup mayonnaise

cup gruyere

clove garlic clove

fresh thyme

cup white wine

Instructions
Step 1: Melt the butter in a saucepan or pot and add the onions and sauté them for a few minutes. Step 2: Add the garlic, thyme and season with salt and pepper. Continue to cook for about 20 minutes. Step 3: Add the bouillon and mix well, then mix in the white wine. Continue to cook until the white cooks off and the onions are no longer wet. Set aside. Step 4: Mix together the cheese and add about 1/4 to the base of a baking donut tray (easily found on Amazon). Step 5: Add some of the onion mixture on top and then some more cheese.
