What you need

fl oz green food color

cup powdered sugar

chocolate chip cookie

cup heavy whipping cream

cup milk chocolate chips

tsp vanilla extract

tbsp unsalted butter

oz cream cheese

tsp mint extract

Instructions
Step 1: Combine the crushed cookies with butter. Add it to a spring form pan and press down. Place in the fridge for an hour or overnight. Step 2: Combine the cream cheese, sugar, extract in a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment. add the crushed Oreos, and the food coloring and mix well. Step 3: In a separate bowl, whisk the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Then fold it into the cream cheese mixture. Add the cream cheese mixture to the springform pan and smooth it out. Then refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight. Step 4: Heat the heavy cream until it simmers. Add the cream over the bowl of chocolate chips and let stand for a minute. Then mix well until a smooth chocolate sauce is formed. Step 5: Remove the cheesecake from the pan, and add a rim of chocolate sauce.
