A cheese steak inside a cheese stick, deep fried in cheesy Doritos, covered in liquid cheese.

Step 1

Combine the steak with olive oil, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce salt and pepper. 

Step 2

Pan fry the steak for a few minutes on either side. Don’t wipe the pan. 

Step 3

Sautee the vegetables on the pan scraping all the steak bits and combining with the vegetables. 

Step 4

Lay down half the provolone cheese on the baking dish. Add half the sauteed vegetables followed by the steak. Make sure to cover the who dish. Add the remaining vegetables. Top the dish with the remaining cheese and put in the freezer for 2 hours. 

Step 5

Grind the Doritos into as fine of a powder as you can get. Set aside. Whisk the eggs into a smooth even consistency. 

Step 6

Take the steak dish out of the freezer and out of the dish. Slice into smaller rectangular pieces making sure to keep all the ingredients in tact. 

Step 7

Dunk the cheese steak into the egg wash and then into the ground Doritos. Repeat one more time to seal in the ingredients. 

Step 8

Deep fry for about 1 minute. Cover in nacho cheese.
