Step 1: Cut the pizza dough into 1 inch wide strips. Step 2: Add the mozzarella down along each dough strip. Step 3: Add a line of pizza sauce going along the entire strip. Step 4: Add the sliced pepperoni along the dough, sauce, and cheese, slightly overlapping to create the petals. Step 5: Roll each strip up to create the rose, and place inside a muffin or cupcake tray. Sprinkle on some dried oregano or parmesan cheese.
