tbsp dried italian seasoning

tsp black pepper

tbsp parmesan cheese

cup mayonnaise

cup sour cream

cup water

cup all purpose flour

Instructions
Step 1: Cook the pasta according to the package directions and set aside. Step 2: In one bowl, combine flour and Italian seasoning. In a second bowl, whisk together eggs and water. In a third bowl, combine Italian breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese. Step 3: Toss the cooked ravioli in the flour mixture, then dip them in the egg wash, and finally coat them thoroughly in the Italian bread crumbs. Step 4: Add the breaded ravioli to the basket of an air fryer (you will need to work in batches) and cook at 390 degrees F for 5 minutes, or until golden and crispy. Step 5: For the sauce, combine all the listed sauce ingredients (sour cream, mayonnaise, 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese, minced garlic, and black pepper) in a bowl and mix well.View original recipe
