Air Fryer Chicken Lollipops

1. Cut the ends of the chicken drumstick and push down the skin to reveal the bone to create the 'lollipop' shape.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine 1/4 cup of baking powder, 1 teaspoon of paprika, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt and pepper.
3. Coat the prepared drumsticks evenly in the seasoned mixture.
4. Cook the drumsticks in the basket of the air fryer for 10 minutes at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
5. Take them out, flip them, and cook for an additional 10 minutes at 400 degrees F.
6. In the meantime, prepare the sauce: combine 1/4 cup of bbq sauce, 1 tablespoon of sriracha, 1 tablespoon of hot sauce, and 1/4 cup of melted butter in a separate bowl.
7. Take the drumsticks out of the air fryer and coat them thoroughly in the prepared sauce.
8. Put them back in the air fryer basket and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes at 400 degrees F.
9. Take them out and coat them with more sauce to serve. Garnish with chopped green onions.
