What you need

cup corn starch

oz cream cheese

yukon gold

cup seasoning mix
Instructions
Step 1: Boil the potatoes for 10 minutes, then use a box grater or a food processor to shred them. Step 2: Combine the potatoes with the cornstarch and Everything Bagel seasoning Step 3: Lay down a piece of plastic wrap and place 1/2 cup of the potato mixture on top. Flatten it out and place a piece of cream cheese in the middle. Use the plastic wrap to fold over the sides of the potatoes to surround the cream cheese and form the hash brown shape. Step 4: Place them in the fridge for 20 minutes and in the meantime heat the cooking oil to 350 degrees F. Step 5: If you’re using the air fryer, spray the hashbrowns with cooking oil and cook at 400 degrees F for 20 minutes flipping halfway, or if you’re using the cooking oil, fry for 5 minutes flipping halfway.View original recipe
