Instructions

1. Pan fry 4 slices of beef salami on medium high heat.
2. Make a small cut into each piece of salami so it doesn't curl when cooking.
3. Place a slice of American cheese on top of one piece of salami, and add another piece of salami on top to create a stack. Repeat for the remaining salami and cheese slices. Set them aside.
4. Spread some mayonnaise on the cut sides of two English muffins and pan toast them for a few minutes just until they are lightly toasted and golden brown.
5. Add some butter to a medium pan, and fry two eggs to your liking (about 3-4 minutes for sunny side up).
6. Place one salami stack on one half of an English muffin, followed by an egg on top. Repeat for the second sandwich. Enjoy!
