Big Mac Inspired Hot Dog aka a McGlizzy

Start off by making the sesame seed buns using top cut (New England) buns. Coat them with a beaten egg wash and then sprinkle on some sesame seeds. Bake the buns at 450 degrees F for 5 minutes. For the Big Mac sauce, combine 1/2 cup of mayonnaise, 1/4 cup of ketchup, 1/4 cup of mustard, 1 tablespoon of garlic powder, 1 tablespoon of onion powder, 1 tablespoon of sweet relish, 1 tablespoon of white vinegar, and season with salt and pepper. Fry a few all beef hot dogs to your liking and set them aside. Assemble the hot dogs by adding some sauce on the inside of the bun, followed by a bit of small diced onions. On top of the onions, add some shredded iceberg lettuce, followed by a couple slices of American cheese. Add a few slices of mini dill pickles between the bun and the cheese; the cheese will help the pickles stay in place. Add the hot dog on top of the cheese, followed by some more diced onions and some more Big Mac sauce.
