Inspired by the classic Big Mac, these tacos feature seasoned ground beef with cheese, special sauce, and all the fixings, served in a flattened sesame seed bun 'taco shell'.
1. Cook 1/2 pound of ground beef on a medium high frying pan.
2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
3. Add about 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese to the cooked ground beef for added deliciousness and stir until melted.
4. For the sauce, combine 1 cup of mayonnaise, 1/4 cup of ketchup, 1/4 cup of relish, 1 tablespoon of mustard, 2 tablespoons of onion powder and 1 teaspoon of vinegar in a bowl and mix well.
5. Using a rolling pin, flatten out 1/2 a sesame seed bun.
6. Place the flattened bun into a taco holder to form a shell.
7. Add some lettuce to the bun.
8. Followed by a slice of cheese.
9. Add some of the cheesy ground beef on top.
10. Followed by a few pickles.
11. Drizzle with Big Mac sauce (the sauce prepared in step 4).
12. Finish with minced onions.
