What you need

cup shredded cheese

bunch fresh chives

tsp onion powder

cup milk

bacon

hot dog bun

sausage links

tbsp smoked paprika

tbsp hot sauce

cup maple syrup

Instructions
Lay down a strip of bacon and wrap it around a sausage link. Bake it in the oven for 20 minutes at 385 degrees F. In a bowl, combine 3 eggs, 1/4 cup of milk, and 1 tablespoon of smoked paprika. Dunk a hot dog bun inside making sure to completely coat it in the egg mixture. Heat a frying pan to medium, cook the hot dog bun for a minute on each side. For the sauce, combine 1/4 cup of maple syrup, 2 tablespoons of hot sauce and 1 teaspoon of onion powder. Combine a couple eggs with about 1/4 cup of shredded cheese. Heat a frying pan to medium, and melt some butter. Cook the eggs for a few minutes or until you reach your favorite scrambled egg consistency. Add the eggs to the inside of the hot dog bun and top with some chopped chives. Place the bacon wrapped sausage link on top of the eggs, cover in spicy maple syrup.View original recipe
