Instructions
Step 1: Combine the mayonnaise, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, and black pepper in a bowl to make the sauce and set it aside. Step 2: For crunchy hash browns, cook the frozen hashbrowns in the air fryer at 370 degrees F for 5 minutes, flipping them halfway. When they come out, immediately top with sharp cheddar cheese and let the residual heat melt the cheese. Step 3: Beat the eggs in a bowl and add them to a medium pan with melted butter. Mix them around a bit, then add the white American cheese. Continue to mix until the cheese has melted and the eggs are at a soft scramble consistency (about 3 minutes of continuous stirring). Step 4: Toast the brioche buns with some melted butter. Step 5: Add some of the prepared sauce to the bottom bun, followed by some pickled jalapenos. Step 6: Place the sliced avocado on top, then the cheesy hashbrown, followed by the soft scrambled egg, a few slices of bacon, and finally, the top bun.View original recipe
