What you need
cup dill pickle juice

tbsp garlic salt

tbsp malt vinegar

cup lemon juice

tsp pepper

cup capers

cup dill pickle

cod fillet

tbsp worcestershire sauce

cup mayonnaise
egg

tbsp dill weed
Instructions
Step 1: Finely crush an entire bag of your favorite salt and vinegar chips. Set aside. Step 2: In one bowl, combine the eggs with pickle juice. In another bowl, combine the flour with garlic salt and pepper. Step 3: Cut a cod fillet in half (or to your desired fish stick size) and pat them dry. Toss the fish in the flour, then in the egg mixture, then add the coated fish to the bag of crushed chips and shake it up to coat. Step 4: Place the coated fish on an air fryer basket and cook at 400 degrees F for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through. For the Sauce: Step 5: Combine all sauce ingredients (mayonnaise, chopped dill pickles, chopped capers, chopped dill, malt vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice) in a bowl and mix well.
