A fun and delicious pull-apart bread recipe featuring a circular loaf filled with pizza sauce, mozzarella or jack cheese, and pepperoni, then baked until gooey and cheesy.
Start with any circular loaf of bread. The crunchier the better. Cut wedges along the side going from the center to the edge making sure not to cut it all the way through. Add some pizza sauce into each cut wedge. Use a high moisture meltable cheese such as mozzarella or jack cheese and fit a slice inside each of the cuts. Using a knife, fit a slice of pepperoni into each cut along side the cheese. There should be a middle area for additional sauce and cheese, add some and cover the entire loaf in dried oregano. Bake at 425 degrees F for 12 minutes.
