Instructions

Spray a small bowl or ramekin with cooking oil. Add a few slices of Jalapeños to the bottom. Place 3 slices of jack cheese in the bowl covering the entire surface. Add some cheesy taco meat to the middle to fill the ramekin. Roll out your favorite pizza dough a little larger than the circumference of the ramekin or bowl. Cover the bowl carefully tucking in the cheese. Press the dough into the side of the ramekin and then cut off any excess dough. Bake at 450 degree F for 25 minutes. Let sit for a few minutes before releasing the ramekin or bowl. Cut into 4 pieces and enjoy.
