Cheetos, Doritos and Hot Cheetos Mozzarella Sticks

Crush up your favorite chips (Cheetos Puffs, Ranch Doritos, Hot Cheetos Puffs) in a food processor. Whisk a few eggs and some water in one bowl and add flour to another. Using string cheese sticks, coat each stick in some of the flour, then some of the egg mixture. Cover it completely in your favorite crushed chip flavor and then back in the egg wash for a double dredge. Add it back into your favorite crushed chip and press the chips into the cheese using your hands. Fry in a 375 degree fryer for roughly 1 minute until golden and crispy.
