What you need

tbsp fresh parsley

tsp salt & pepper

cup italian seasoning
provolone

cup salted butter

lb ground chicken

refrigerated pizza dough

cup parmesan cheese

clove garlic clove
Instructions
Step 1: Combine the chicken, parsley, parmesan cheese seasoning and salt and pepper in a bowl. Step 2: Using an ice cream scooper, scoop some of the chicken mixture and then insert a piece of provolone cheese. Roll it into a ball and repeat with the remaining cheese and chicken. Step 3: Cut some pizza dough into long pieces and wrap the chicken meatballs around it. Then repeat that while creating a figure 8 like shape alternating the direction of the dough for each ball. (each kabob has 3 meat balls). Step 4: Carefully insert a wooden skewer into each one and place it on an aluminium foil lined baking tray and cook at 450 degrees F for 25 minutes. Step 5: In the meantime, combine the melted butter with remaining parsley, and minced garlic. When the kabobs come out of the oven, paint them with the melted butter mixture and sprinkle on some ground parmesan cheese.View original recipe
