Chicken Parm Pop-Tarts

Step 1: Fry a piece of chicken (I used a frozen chicken burger patty).

Step 2: Lay out a sheet of puff pastry and place a slice of provolone cheese on the center.

Step 3: Put the chicken patty on top of the cheese followed by a spoonful of marinara sauce, and a tablespoon of shredded parmesan cheese. Add another slice of provolone to the top.

Step 4: Cover it with another sheet of puff pastry, trim the edges making it square like in the shape of a pop-tart. Using a fork, crimp the edges all the way around the pop-tart.

Step 5: Crack an egg and scramble it. Using a basting brush, paint the egg all over the pop-tart. Bake it for 15-20 minutes at 400 degrees F.

Step 6: Take the pop-tarts out of the oven and immediately cover with a slice of mozzarella and a sprinkle of oregano.
