Chocolate Banana French Toast Roll Ups

Combine a few eggs with cinnamon and milk. Peel a banana, use the bottom, not the top, cut it into small pieces the width of a piece of bread. Using a rolling pin, flatten a piece of white bread. Spread chocolate ganache or Nutella on the bread and place the cut banana on one end. Roll it up tightly. Dunk it in the cinnamon egg mixture letting the excess drip off. Fry the rollup on a greased frying pan turning it over every minute to cook all the sides. Cover in powder sugar and dip in maple syrup.
