Crispy Rice Spicy Salmon Sandwich. Follow the recipe👇🏻 - Start off by mincing about 16 oz of sushi grade salmon - Combine the minced salmon in a bowl with 1/4 cup of sliced green onions, Japanese mayo, Sriracha sauce, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil and soy sauce and set it aside - I used about 3 cups of cooked sushi rice for the "bread slices", lined a baking tray with plastic wrap and added the cooked sushi rish pressing it down to about 1/2 an inch thick and placed it in the fridge overnight - When the rice has cooled, take it out and cut into 4 x 4 inch squares - Then fry them in 375 degree cooking oil for roughly 4 minutes or until they were crispy - To assemble the sandwiches add a generous amount of the spicy salmon to one half,. followed by some sliced hot peppers, some sliced avocados and some Japanese rice seasoning - I made a regular piece of crispy rice with the leftovers!
