What you need

cup all purpose flour

flour tortilla

cup sugar

cup brown sugar

tbsp salted butter

can sweetened condensed milk

tbsp cinnamon powder

peach
Instructions
Slice the tortillas into squares, discarding the ends. Spread some of the sweetened condensed milk on top of a tortilla square. Place 9 sliced peaches on top of the sweetened condensed milk. Repeat this process 5 more times to create stacked layers. Stack each loaded tortilla on top of one another and then add one more tortilla on top to cover the stack. Slice the entire stack into 3 sections and then flip them over so the peach layers are exposed. Insert long wooden skewers into the top half of each section and then cut them into long strips around the skewers. Place them on a parchment paper lined baking tray. For the streusel, combine all-purpose flour, sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted salted butter until a lumpy mixture forms. Press some of the streusel onto the top of each of the sections and bake at 400 degrees F for about 20 minutes. Serve with vanilla ice cream.View original recipe
