Deviled Dessert Eggs

Step 1: In an aluminum bowl, whisk together 2 large eggs, 1/3 cup of sugar and 6 shots of Grand Marnier (or any other liquor).

Step 2: Fill a small saucepan or pot with 1 inch of water and bring it to a boil. Put the bowl of ingredients over the boiling water and continue to whisk until the mixture thickens, and it reads a steady 140 degrees F.

Step 3: Take the bowl off the heat and mix in 5 ounces of white chocolate until the mixture is one silky like consistency. Put it aside to cool.

Step 4: Whisk 1 cup of heavy cream (about 35%) in a separate bowl until it becomes stiff peaks.

Step 5: Fold the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture a small amount at a time until you have what looks like mousse.

Step 6: Fill a small piping bag or ziploc bag with the mousse. Using each half of a Kinder Surprise Egg, fill them with the mousse mixture.

Step 7: Top with candy sprinkles.
