What you need

tbsp cinnamon powder

liquid egg whites

cup all purpose flour

cup butter

cup semisweet chocolate chips

cup powdered sugar

tsp baking powder

cup sugar

pie crust

ripe banana
egg

tbsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
Step 1: Combine all the dry ingredients in one bowl, and all the wet ingredients in another. Combine them both to create the batter. Step 2: Fill a piping bag with the batter. Lay down a piece of pie crust and paint some beaten egg on the edges. Add some of the batter making sure it's not filled too much, and place another piece of pie crust on top. Step 3: Use a fork to crimp the edges closed and bake at 350 degrees F for 35 minutes. FOR THE FROSTING Step 4: Combine the egg whites with the powdered sugar and cinnamon and whisk until a silky and smooth frosting is formed (about 5 minutes). Step 5: Dip the top of the cooled pop tart in the frosting and place it on a wire rack. Add 4 thin lines of melted chocolate and use a wooden skewer to make the design.View original recipe
