Egg Hack Breakfast Sandwich

Spray a slotted spoon and frying pan with cooking spray. On medium heat, add a couple eggs onto the spoon; the slots in the spoon will separate the whites from the yolks. Add some shredded cheddar cheese and bacon bits. Season with black pepper. When the edges of the egg start to brown, fold each side to create a pocket. Flip the egg and cook for a few seconds. Add the egg pocket to some toasted bread.
