Follow the instructions on the package to cook the beef. For the consommé, strain the meat from the liquid and set it aside. Heat a corn tortilla on a dry frying pan, then add some beef, a piece of Oaxaca cheese, some onions and cilantro and roll them up. Fry the rolled tacos seam side down in 350 degree F cooking oil until crispy. For the dipping sauce, add some of the drained liquid to a bowl, mix in some onions and cilantro and enjoy!
