Everything Bagel Tater Tots

Step 1: Peel potatoes and bring them to a boil for about 10 minutes. Take them out and using a grater, shred the potatoes on the smallest size.

Step 3: Make a patty of the potato mixture in your hand, add a small amount of cream cheese. Fold the potato mixture around the cream cheese creating the shape of a tater tot. Put them in the freezer for 20 minutes.

Step 4: Deep fry the tots at 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes or until they are golden brown.

Step 5: For ultimate everything flavour, toss in extra left over seasoning.
