A delicious breakfast sandwich combining the iconic flavors of In-N-Out's animal sauce and caramelized onions with a classic McDonald's-style sausage and egg muffin.
- Chop up some pickles and combine it with mayonnaise, mustard and ketchup to make animal sauce.
- Small dice an onion and sauté it with some butter and sugar ti caramelize it.
- Place a cookie cutting on a pan and spray it with cooking spray.
- Crack an egg inside and break the yolk.
- Add some water and cover it to cook the other side of the egg.
- Add some breakfast sausage to another cookie cutter for size and cook both sides for a few minutes.
- Cover with mustard and cook for a few more seconds.
- Cover the sausage patty with American cheese and let the residual heat melt it.
- Place some sauce on an english muffin followed by a slice of tomato and pice of lettuce.
- Add the sausage patty, onions and egg disc, cover the other side of the English muffin with sauce and enjoy.
