Jalapeño Popper Bread

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Chop 10 strips of bacon into small bits. Fry the bacon in a saucepan or pot. Mid way through cooking, add a bit of water to help render the fat. Slice the tops of 2 jalapeños. Slice the peppers in half and then using a spoon, scoop out the flesh and seeds (leave them in if you like it more spicy). Combine the cooked bacon with 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, 1 cup of soft cream cheese, and the prepared peppers. Unroll a tube of French Bread pre made dough. Cut out equal squares about the size of a deck of cards. Add a spoon full of the mixture to the center of the cut out dough. Stack the dough on top of another and then add it to a cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 20 minutes or until the top looks golden brown.
