What you need

tsp black pepper

tbsp dijon mustard

tbsp herbes de provence

cup swiss cheese

cup gruyere

tsp ground nutmeg
slice ham slices

cup milk

tbsp salted butter

tbsp all purpose flour
Instructions
Step 1: Fit a slice of folded ham into each cupcake spot and add some of the grated cheese on top. Step 2: To make the bechamel sauce, combine the melted butter with all purpose flour and cook on medium high for a minute. Add the milk and continue to whisk until it has thickened. Step 3: Turn off the heat, and whisk in the nutmeg, and the grated cheeses. Continue to whisk until the cheese has fully melted. Then turn off the heat. Step 4: Whisk in the dijon mustard, black pepper and salt and add a tablespoon of the sauce to each cupcake spot on top of the grated cheese. Step 5: Add some more grated cheese on top and sprinkle each cupcake with herbs de provence. Bake at 425 degrees F for 15-20 minutes depending on your oven.View original recipe
