McRib Pizza

For the dough, combine 2 1/2 cups of all purpose flour, 2 1/4 tablespoons of instant yeast, 2 teaspoons of sugar, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 1/4 cup of warm water and 1 tablespoon of olive oil in the bowl of a stand mixer. When the dough pulls together, turn it out on a floured surface until smooth, and place it in a greased bowl and cover it for an hour. In the meantime, separate a half a rack of rib meat from the bones and chop it into smaller pieces and set it aside. For the sauce, combine 2 cups of marinara sauce with 1 cup of your favorite bbq sauce. When the dough has doubled in size, sprinkle down some corn meal and all purpose flour and and then stretch it out on a pizza tray. Brush some egg wash on the perimeter of the dough and sprinkle on some sesame seeds. Add the sauce to the middle of the pizza, and then 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese. Evenly distribute the chopped rib meat and bake for 15 minutes at 500 degrees F. When the pizza comes out, slice it into wedges, add an even amount of pickles and raw onions on top.
