Nacho Loaf

You’ve never seen nachos like this!! This is a Nacho Loaf, for those times when you can’t decide if you want nachos, or pizza.

What you need

pepper

jalapeno

onion

cup tortilla chips

tsp garlic powder

tsp ground cumin

tsp paprika

cup evaporated milk

cup beef stock

cup cheddar cheese

tsp cayenne pepper

tsp onion powder

tsp chili powder

lb ground beef
focaccia

box taco seasoning

tsp oregano

lb ground chorizo

cup italian cheese blend

tbsp corn starch

tsp cumin
Instructions
Step 1: Combine the meat in a medium high pan and cook for about 3-4 minutes. Add the onions and continue to cook until the onions soften. Add all the seasoning and 1/4 cup of water or beef stock. FOR THE CHEESE SAUCE: Step 2: In a bowl, combine the grated cheddar with the starch straight to make sure all the starch covers the cheese. Then bring it to a pot, combine with the evaporated milk, and mix well on LOW heat until all the cheese has melted. Season with salt, pepper and cumin. Step 3: Slice the loaf in half and cover it with the meat mixture. On top of the meat, add the nacho cheese, crushed tortilla chips, the cheese blend, and top with sliced jalapenos. Bake in a 400 degree oven for about 5 minutes, or until all the cheese on top is melted.View original recipe
