15 mins prepServes 1
A Nashville Style Hot Chicken Tortilla Hack featuring homemade hot sauce, chicken tenders, red cabbage slaw, crinkle cut fries, and ranch dressing, all folded and pan-fried in a tortilla.
Start by making the hot chicken sauce. Combine 1 tablespoon of paprika and 1 tablespoon of garlic powder. Add 1 teaspoon of cayenne (or more if you want it extra spicy), 1 tablespoon of brown sugar, and 1 teaspoon of pepper. Add 1/4 cup of melted butter and mix to create the sauce. Slice a tortilla up the middle, just to the center. Place some of your favorite ranch dressing to the first part of the tortilla. Add a few chicken tenders to the second part of the tortilla. Place some red cabbage slaw, or your favorite slaw, to the third section of the tortilla. Add some crinkle cut fries to the fourth part of the tortilla. Fold the tortilla up starting with the ranch side. Cover each side of the folded tortilla with some of the hot chicken sauce and pan fry for a few minutes on each side.
