A fun and simple recipe for individual pepperoni pizza bowls, made by lining ramekins with mozzarella, pepperoni, and pizza sauce, then covering with pizza dough and baking until golden.
Using your favorite pizza dough, roll out a circle slightly larger than the circumference of a ramekin or oven safe bowl. Spray a ramekin or oven safe bowl with olive oil. Place 4 slices of mozzarella overlapping on the inside. Place a few slices of pepperoni on top. Add your favorite pizza sauce to the inside. Cover the ramekin with the dough making sure it's covering the whole thing. Cut any excess dough off and use it for another bowl. Press the dough into the sides of the ramekin to make sure it's secured. Bake in a 450 degree F oven for 25 minutes. Run a knife inside the ramekin to release the pie. Cut it into 4 slices.
