Pepperoni Pizza Garlic Bread Doughnuts

Combine 2 tablespoons of melted butter, 1 teaspoon of minced garlic, 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley and 2 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese in a bowl. Coat a cake doughnut mold with 1/2 the butter mixture and set it aside. Using your favorite pizza dough, roll out a rectangular sheet. Sprinkle on some dried oregano. Add a few slices of pepperoni overlapping and then place a piece of string cheese at the bottom. Roll the pepperoni and cheese inside the dough, make sure to pinch the dough together on either end so nothing melts out, and transfer it to the prepared doughnut tray. Add some more of the garlic butter mixture on top and bake at 425 degrees F for 20 minutes. Transfer the cooked doughnuts to a baking tray. Add some of your favorite pizza sauce on top followed by a slice of provolone and some mini pepperonis. Put it back in the oven on broil for about 5 minutes or until the cheese on top is melted.
