What you need

pepper

tbsp olive oil

cup parsley

yukon gold

tbsp smoked paprika

tbsp salted butter

tbsp garlic powder

tbsp onion powder
Instructions
Small dice the Yukon Gold potatoes. Add them to a pot of salted water and boil for 10 minutes. Drain the potatoes thoroughly. Add some olive oil and butter to a medium-high frying pan. Add the drained potatoes and toss them in the olive oil and butter mixture. Cook them without stirring for roughly 3 minutes to allow them to crisp. Toss them again and add the onion powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and salt and pepper to taste. Cook, stirring frequently, for approximately 3 more minutes until golden and tender. Finally, mix in some chopped parsley just before serving.View original recipe
