Steak Mixture
Step 1: Slice flank steak into small strips. Add 5 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of salt and pepper to a bag. Mix it together with the steak. Put it in the fridge.
Step 2: Add some olive oil to a pan. Fry 1 cup of sliced green peppers for about 5 minutes.
Step 3: Add 1 cup of sliced white onions and fry the two vegetables together until the onions are see through. Take them out and set them aside.
Step 4: In the same pan, fry the steak mixture on medium high heat until the steak is no longer pink. Combine the steak with the onions and peppers. Set it aside.
Dough
Step 5: Combine 3 cups of flour with one package of active dry yeast and 1 tablespoon of salt. In a separate bowl, add 1 1/2 cups of water with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Slowly combine the wet with the dry.
Step 6: Mix the contents of the bowl together until it resembles dough and is pulling from the sides of the bowl. Knead the dough out on a floured surface. Separate the dough into 2 halves.
Step 7: Roll out the dough into a circular 1/2 inch thick piece. Add a layer of provolone cheese leaving 1/2 an inch from the edges for the crust. Add a layer of the steak mixture. Add another layer of the provolone cheese. Set it aside.
Step 8: Roll the second piece of dough into a circular shape as big as the current pizza. Put that piece on top of the steak and cheese toppings.
Step 9: Crimp the the edges of both pieces of dough creating a crust and a border. Using a fork, poke holes in the top so the steam can escape. Put this pizza in a 400 degree for 5-7 minutes.
Step 10: Take the pizza out of the oven, top it with sauce, cheese and pepperoni. Put it back in the oven for 10 minutes.
Step 11: STUFF YOUR FACE HOLE!!!!!
