Thanksgiving Turkey Tenders with Cranberry BBQ Sauce! Recipe Below (Makes 10 tenders) 👇🏻🦃🔥 INGREDIENTS All purpose seasoning 1 tbsp of the following: ground sage, ground thyme, ground rosemary, dried oregano, smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, coarse salt, black pepper Cranberry BBQ sauce 1 can of cranberry jelly 1/4 cup cranberry juice 1/4 cup ketchup 1/4 cup hot sauce (any kind) 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar 1/4 cup honey 2 tbsp black molasses 1 tsp liquid smoke 1 tbsp garlic and onion powder 10 thin sliced turkey breast filets 2 cups buttermilk 1/4 cup hot sauce 1/4 cup cranberry juice 1/4 cup all purpose thanksgiving seasoning 2 cups all purpose flour 1/4 cup all purpose seasoning Step 1 For the cranberry BBQ sauce, combine the cranberry jelly, with cranberry juice, ketchup, hot sauce, vinegar, honey, molasses, liquid smoke, garlic and onion powder, and salt and pepper in a saucepan. Bring to a simmer and continue to cook until a BBQ sauce consistency is formed. Step 2 For the all purpose seasoning, combien all the ingredients above in a container and set aside. Step 3 Combine the buttermilk with hot sauce, cranberry juice and some of the all purpose seasoning. Step 4 Add the sliced turkey breasts into the buttermilk mixture and let marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight. Step 5 Combine teh all purpose flour with the remaining Thanksgiving seasoning, and when the turkey is marinated, add it to the flour, and fully coat it making sure there is no exposed tuekly showing. Step 6 Fry the turkey at 350 degrees F for 4-5 minutes. When they come out, hit them with some salt, and eat as is, or dunk or dipped into the cranberry BBQ sauce.
